How to Delete Your Skeins Account

Skeins by Grant Point (operated by Landing NYC Designs, LLC, d/b/a Grant Point Designs) lets you delete your account and its associated data at any time.

Delete from within the app (fastest):

1. Open the Skeins app.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and the data synced to our servers — your profile, saved canvases and estimates, project log, thread stash, and subscription record. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.

Request deletion by email:
If you can't access the app, email help@grantpointdesigns.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and process the request.

What's deleted vs. retained:
We delete your account records and synced data. We may retain limited records where required by law or for transaction/tax purposes (e.g., subscription payment records held by Apple, Google, or our payment processor).
