My order contains in-stock and pre-order items, how will they ship?

Orders will ship all at once when all items are in-stock and ready. If you would like the in-stock item to ship immediately, please place two orders. 

 

Are your canvases hand-painted or printed?

Our canvases historically have always been hand-painted. My goal is to always bring quality and fairly crafted products to the stitching world. Many of our canvases will be moving to stitch-printing to ensure availability, reliability, fair-labor practices, domestic production and a superior product. Canvases that are stitch-printed will be exceptional in their quality, each intersection point covered perfectly like you're used to with hand-painted canvases. 

 

How much of each thread is included in your kits?

Each kit and canvas is unique. We stitch an entire canvas ourselves (often more than once) before offering kits to estimate the amount of thread needed, plus extra for each stitchers variance. In rare cases, some may use more thread due to the stitch chosen or any mistakes that were ripped out. In these cases, we do our best to accommodate the additional thread need, but we may no longer have the exact dye lot included in the kit. Depending on how much additional thread is needed, there may be a charge for the additional thread. 

 

Can you recommend fiber colors for my canvas?

Absolutely! If you do not see fiber recommendations within the product description, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

 

 

Can I return a canvas?

Due to the nature of needlepoint, all items are final sale.
