Holiday Shipping: Our deadline for holiday orders was December 17, 2024. All orders placed now through end of the year will ship in January. Thank you for a wonderful 2024!

SHIPPING

Most orders will ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering. We ship with USPS and orders typically arrive within 5 business days, although please allow additional time for delays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. 

All orders will ship together. If you have a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same order, all items will ship when all pieces are in-stock and available.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly in this instance.

When shipping orders, we do our best to use post-consumer recycled packaging and use paper products instead of plastic. We ask that you please help us in recycling the packaging materials again once you receive. 

Orders over $250 ship free.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of needlepoint products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

However, If you do have any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately and we will  make it right! Our goal is to make you happy so you can enjoy your stitching.
